Revolutionary International Organization de Trabajadores (RIOT) was started in 2018 with the intention of forming a socialist party organization. While still believe that a new socialist party formation is needed we also recognize our limitations toward meeting that goal at this current time.
Facing intense state repression and personal and financial hardship related to the COVID-19 pandemic, we had sadly needed to step away from the work we do at RIOT. In the past year we have had time to reflect on our successes, our failures, our goals, and our approach to attaining them.
Going forward, RIOT will operate as a media collective providing news, analysis, and political education.
