What is an impeachment?
An impeachment is essentially an indictment; a formal charge or accusation of a crime. Articles of impeachment must first be passed in the House of Representatives, only then can a trial be held in the Senate. Ultimately the Senate decides whether or not an impeached official keeps their job or not.
The United States Senate website says this of impeachment: “If a federal official commits a crime or otherwise acts improperly, the House of Representatives may impeach—formally charge—that official. If the official subsequently is convicted in a Senate impeachment trial, he is removed from office.” Note that a conviction doesn’t equate to jail time.
Where does Hunter Biden come in?
The fact that the son of one of the most prominent US political figures has a job as a board member of a Burisma Holdings, one of Ukraine’s largest natural gas companies is presented to the American public by Democrats as nothing short of a coincidence. We are expected to believe that Hunter Biden, instead of using his status and political connections, worked hard and earned his $50,000 a month job.
Donald Trump, the racist bigot he may be, he might have been on the right track with his investigation of Hunter Biden. In seeking to expose one of his political enemies he inadvertently has blown the lid off the inner workings of America’s political oligarchy. (Oligarchy meaning ‘to rule or to command’) is a form of power structure in which power rests with a small number of people.)
It’s already a known fact that American politics are for the most part, ruled by a select few.
It’s a fact often obscured but ever present nonetheless. Democrats, due to their subservience to capital and in a move to protect their own finances, have no choice but to try to deflect from their own corruption with an impeachment of Trump.
The Impeachment of Donald Trump is an empty gesture by House Democrats attempting to appease the masses of American people who are sick of the open bigotry displayed by Trump and his administration.
The first hope of Democrats is that the very same people who are sick of Donald Trump won’t even know what an impeachment means exactly. The second hope of House Democrats is that even if Trump is acquitted, at least come election time, they brandish the impeachment process as some sort of victory.
While Donald Trump is likely guilty of the “high crime” of bribery, he’s also guilty of crimes against humanity. His muslim ban and migrant concentration camps at the border are just two striking examples of these. Not only should Donald Trump be impeached but further, he needs to be held responsible for the atrocities he and his administration are responsible for.
While the talk of impeachment allows some of the population to sleep better at night… it’s also a mindfuck to lull you into a false state of rest that because a broke clock like trump can be right
to investigate the current oligarchy (which trump is a member of along with the rest of his family).
But what about the many times he was wrong? Investigative minds please ask why the obvious distractment of impeachment is happening at a time when the 2020 elections process is in full swing. Impeachment takes years so be proactive and activate now!
