My name is Mikisa Thompson. I am Black mother. I am a Black Woman. I am Stalked. I’m tormented and terrorized by petty crackers next door to me and my family. I live in a neo-sundown town called Garner, NC. In Garner, NC your dentist, police, or even your neighbor could well likely be a racist Islamophobe.
I live next door to Donald Barnet who called the police on me to report that I was listening to “Loud Islamic Muslim Preachings”. I have a court date today, December 7, 2020 in Wake county for a similar call on May 16, 2019 a few days shy of the Birthday of Malcolm X which is May 19. On May 16, 2019 the Garner Police Department pulled out guns in my home with my children inside the home to execute a search warrant on my home.
All my life I have been told that I can live anywhere I want and could afford. I was told laws were changed by the government for fair housing and anti discrimination. However, if laws have to change or be written in order for Black people to be protected from rabid, jealous, sex crazed, obsessed, whites this means that the fundamentals of whites believing that they are superior is upheld as true by the courts. Laws can not dictate anyones morals.
My family and I found a home that we could afford close to the kid’s high school and moved in back in 2015. On the day that we decided to dig the hole for the new mail box I heard someone call out to me… “hold on you don’t have to do that” said Donald Barnet. I was astonished and taken aback. That this white man that I did not know previously felt comfortable enough to approach us as if we were children and needed to be told what to do when he only pays one tax bill on the block.
Donald Barnet is the epitome of the folx you see wearing the red hats that says something ludicrous about America being great. AmeriKKK was and never will be great. The land is stolen. The foundation of Amerikkka to my glee, is cracked and crumbling. More and more people are realizing “the American dream” is not only a fallacy, it is also a nightmare while Black.
Donald Barnet also proudly proclaims himself as victim during court proceeding when my name is called. Donald Barnet is obsessed with me as seen in the below clip of a police report filed on 4/28/2019 where he clearly states that he watches and stalks our social media posts and website. On this night, 5 police cars came on my block to stalk me because I chose to celebrate the rise and fall of such an important person in my life… Malcolm X. How are you a victim? You are reading this blog post right now… I am the one you terrorize because you do not want to hear a proud Black man, Malcolm X speak of empowerment and Black self love. You are a very small person to think I give a fuck about a dead dog. Fuck that dog. POLICE KILL BLACK PEOPLE – BLACK LIVES MATTER -TO THE PERIOD.
Per anti-black Donald Barnet while I played Malcolm X in my home and he could not actually hear the sound from all rooms in his house. he took his petty ass to the police station to show video and rile up the local racists who call themselves police of Garner, NC. Who were more than happy and bored to come sit up the street waiting until 11 pm to harass me and criminalize me but my Ancestors spoke to me and I caught y’all trifling asses sitting like ducks lol. I mispoke in the video and said 4 cars were there because I was amazed to see that I a little old lady could garner such ire of a whole police force for one white man…
Donald Barnet is a crusty white man who uses the Garner Police Department as his way to terrorize and criminalize my family for living next door to him. His actions have proved to me that he would like to return to a time in history where Black women and children bow down to his existence or stance on anything. He is obsessed with criminalizing and overseeing me and the courts and police of North Carolina sanctions this.
The racial makeup of Garner, NC was 67.02% White, 27.13% Black, 0.41% Native American, 1.11% Asian, 0.02% Pacific Islander, 2.77% from other races, and 1.54% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.75% of the population estimated in 2019. However the crime stats from the FBI says that if you are black shows that in 2019, on average, black individuals were arrested more than 3x as often as white individuals in Garner, NC.
Donald Barnet exits his house when the police comes out to surveil our home from across the street (although the police station is around the corner from my home). As an overseer to supervise the police work on his behalf as his personal ‘slave catcher’s aka the police.
My first time encountering Donald Barnet he came over to my yard to tell me I didn’t need to put up a mail box… while I was putting up MY mailbox in 2015. I immediately knew who and what he was by the conversation and handled him accordingly until I got my fence. About four months later our mailbox was vandalized to the point where we had to replace it. We replaced it with a similar mailbox immediately. About a year later the second mailbox was vandalized.
The third mailbox is now a brick mailbox that can not be vandalized with a bat that I put up in 2016. I keep the second vandalized mailbox in my front yard so that I never forget what small minded racist people are capable of. I am in no way stating that Donald Barnet is the racist that vandalized our mailbox there are many racists in Garner, NC that could have committed the vandalism. However, he was the one to approach me about my curb mail box that was vandalized twice.
Just to give you more of an idea about cracker behavior in Garner, NC. On the other side of me is another white man with cracker tendencies Boby Goodwin. He has called the police on my two high schoolers for playing basketball. Boby Goodwin wanted to take a nap at 4:30pm and he said his bedroom window was close to where the basketball hoop was and he didn’t want to hear black children play basketball back in 2015.
Boby Goodwin even asked me the following “could I blow the leaves that fell off of your trees that are now in my yard, can I blow them back into your yard?” I guess my trees are the only trees in North Carolina. Boby Goodwin also called to report me to the city for having an empty shopping bag on my property. I contested the warning and won. The loose trash was actually on his property but of course he did not receive the warning or fine by the city after I won.
I made sure to look up the laws of Garner, NC. I knew that crackers would even challenge me owning chickens cause this is the nature of settlers. Donald Barnet would talk to me about the issues I was facing with Boby Goodwin. One day Donald Barnet slipped up and asked me if I owned a rooster when he walked into my backyard uninvited and unsolicited… this seems like a very innocent question, however, knowing the nature of settler crackers I knew that he asked me if I had roosters because in the ‘city’ section of Garner, NC you can not own roosters per the ‘law’. We all know a self deputized cracker when we see one.
I did the research and paid for my permit prior to even purchasing any hens. I have always known who you were I only acted oblivious. I knew the moment I put up my fence after turning your sexual advances down that you would be more obviously racist and I was never wrong. We never talked that is a lie I would listen to your lies go in my house then laugh and talk with my family about the crackers next door who didn’t even realize I knew they were racist. But I digress.
The police were called out to my house again on October 14, 2020. The old male cracker caller said that we were burning three fires in our backyard. In Garner, NC it is illegal to burn trash. I knew this because I have always followed all the ‘rules’ of this town because I know the crackers that live here are obsessed with criminalizing Black people. When the police came to my home they were not concerned with our safety they wanted to witness if we were burning trash because they got a call from a self deputized overseer.
On October 15, 2020 Donald Barnet trimmed his hedges so that he could surveil our yard even more (I have those videos as well). They looked over to see if we had a brick enclosure as the pig who came out that night alluded to… and of course I did have the fire surrounded by bricks because we stay ready.
I applied for a protection order from Wake County Courts against Donald Barnet, of course with no confidence in the system designed to uphold crackers, police racism and violence against Black people. At every turn Wake county reinforced my beliefs.
The court paperwork was incorrectly filled out by the same judge three times with the date. Then once I actually received a date to appear for webex court. I was muted because they did not even want to try my case. I had to quickly call in using another phone to state my attendance so that my case would not be thrown out. The hearing was held and of course I was denied protection for our family by Wake County on November 16, 2020.
On May 16, 2020 I was raided for listening to Malcolm X that case is currently on appeal court is today December 7, 2020. I already won the first case for the warrant issued for my speaker on April 22, 2019 State of North Carolina vs. Mikisa Thompson.
On December 4, 2020 I was presented a no signature plea deal that would allow Donald Barnet to legally be my overseer.
The terms are 1. no contact with Donald Barnet 2. don’t talk about Donald Barnet on social media and 3. don’t play loud speeches/music/ect until June 2021 and then all charges would be dropped if these terms are followed.
My intentions when I purchased my home was not to integrate Garner, NC or placate crackers, but to live in a place that I could afford with my family near to their school and live abundantly. I personally do not give any thought to any of the crackers that live on my block. However, they seem to think I moved here to be policed and overseen by them. So this is a formal fuck you I see you all! I have been seeing y’all as you are racist crackers fuck you and the police and the extension of them the courts too.
Donald Barnet you will never be my overseer you petty cracker ass cracker.
